Nanny in Calgary, Alberta

Dear family, I am Nicole, I am 24 years old and I am originally from Sweden. I moved to Calgary in the beginning of January 2013 and since then I have been working as a nanny for a family with three children under the age of 4. I will be working part-time starting February 2014 and am now looking for an after school-position or evening babysitting job. I am a very happy and outgoing person and I basically LOVE working with children! I have experience working with children ages newborn - 4 and I have been babysitting for over 10 years for children from the age of 1 to 13. I Love being creative and organizing children\'s crafts and I think that playing outside with the children is very important! Back in Sweden I studied early childcare development for three years and I volunteered at a place called The Creation Station, which is a craft and arts class for children aged 1-12. I also have dual citizenships because of my father being Canadian so I can work and live in Canada. I have been responsible for all three kids 5 days a week and my duties have been everything in between cooking their meals, playing with them, teaching the older ones the alphabet, colours, numbers etc to dressing the children and doing some light cleaning. Before I came to Calgary I have been babysitting for 10 years and the children I would babysit were in between the ages of 3-12. When I was living in the UK I volunteered at a place called The Creation Station a couple of times a week. It\'s a company that my sister in law runs and it is an arts program for children in all different ages, they youngest ones are 1 and then it goes up to 12-year olds.
