Dear Families, I am a 24 year old girl who grew up on Vancouver Island, BC. I am friendly, easy-going, mature and very-adaptable. I love the outdoors, nature walks, swimming, traveling, music and movie nights! I have many years of experience taking care of children. I started babysitting at the age of 13, looking after my newborn baby cousin. Over the years, I have babysat for various families with children of all ages. I graduated from High School in 2007 with my French Immersion Diploma. Since then, I have successfully completed the Medical Laboratory Assistant Program at Thompson Rivers University and the Educational Assistant/Community Support Worker, Indigenous Focus Program at North Island College. I am certified to work with children with special needs. I am currently employed by the Vancouver Island Health Authority, but will be relocating to the Vancouver Area in September, 2014.
