Dear Families, I am an extremely responsible university student looking for a babysitting job until I have completed my degree, which I will give long notice before I start looking for a career. I absolutely love children and know how to always create a positive, safe, fun and exciting environment for young children. I connect very well with kids and I am not afraid to act silly and be imaginative with them. I am a very happy and knowledgeable young adult who is fun to be around, responsible, welcoming, supportive and loving. I volunteered at an orphan edge in Peru last summer for two weeks and took care of several children for full days as the owner looked after a child who had special needs and therefore needed her full attention. I played with the children all day and had an amazing time. The children loved me and I connected with them on a different level because we didn't speak the same language yet were still able to connect and have a lot of fun. I also helped them with their English and have good skills with teaching children. Overall caring for children makes me a happier person as they bring so much joy to my heart and I would be honored to provide fun, safe and exciting care for your child as well as build a great new relationship with them. For the past two summers (May-August) I have cared for two girls ages 3 and 9. I drove them to dance and swimming lessons, took them swimming, went to the park, movies, on bike rides, picnics etc. I therefore have a good amount of experience with kids and have a lot of fun working with them. I have my driver's license as well as my own car. Thanks for your time and consideration! I have babysat many of my cousins, two boys (5 and 7) and three girls(4, 6, 9). Also for two girls (3 and 9) for two summers in a row as well as during the Christmas break (2012-20...). I have cooked meals,put them to bed, took them to the park, changes diapers and much more. I also volunteered in Peru at a orphan edge where I watched over about 16 children for days at a time.
