Hello, my name's Lexie! I'm a 28 year old student at UNB. I moved to Fredericton January, 2020 from Ottawa, Ontario. I have over a decade of experience working with newborns, up to 13 year olds, as well as experience with twins/multiples. I currently have full availability (aside from school exams) and have my own vehicle so am able to transport myself around town and to surrounding neighbourhoods. Description of Skills: I can help facilitate educational activities, teaching manners, and facilitate school pick-up and drop-off. I’m comfortable working with sick children and use a gentle parenting approach. And most importantly I’m here to make sure your child is safe and having a great time while you’re gone. I love turning cleaning up into games and will make sure your home is spotless if not cleaner then when you left. I have experience working with neurodivergent children and enjoy creating routines and behavioural plans with parents. My goals are to ensure your child is happy, safe and (sneakily) learning something while you the parent are comfortable and relaxed knowing your child is being well taken care of.
