Nanny Job in Coquitlam, British Columbia

What I'm looking for: I am currently seeking in home child care for my son for before and after school. The hours may vary from week to week as I split custody with his mother. This also presents a fuller schedule opportunity as she will require a similar care schedule and we would like to have the same person for consistency with our son. My main requirement is early mornings (she leaves at 5am and i have a slightly more flexable schedule but would like to leave for work between 7-8 am at the latest once we establish the proper connection between the care giver and my son.) Estimated hours would be: Early morning (varying times) till 8:45 am (school drop off) Then after school pickup (Currently 1PM but will be 2:45PM) till 6pm latest (may be earlier) Little to no house maintenance is required, this is mainly for the care and attention of my son. He will be attending sports and events so transportation would be a major asset but not a requirement.
