Nanny Job in Toronto, Ontario

Keeping my little people safe is most important. We would love someone who likes being outside, discovering the neighbourhood, and letting my kids push their capabilities. We need someone who respects our parenting style of acknowledging feelings and wants, not saying \"no\" a million times or forcing the notion of sharing. We allow our kids to navigate the world with guidance not instruction. I also need help with my 4 month old. .Holding her while she sleeps or entertaining her while I put the older child to bed. Majority of the help would be mon to fri 3 -730pm and occasional weekend help as well.
