Employer: Chad Bentley Employers’ address: 2595 Panorama Drive, North Vancouver, BC, V7G 1V4 Work Location: same as above Type of Employment: Full time - Permanent Estimated Start Date: As soon as possible Job Description: • Bathe, dress and feed infant and child • Discipline children according to the methods requested by the parents • Keep records of daily activities and health information regarding children • Instruct children in personal hygiene and social development • Organize, activities such as games and outings for children • Prepare and serve nutritious meals • Supervise and care for children • Tend to emotional wellbeing of children • Take children to appointments • Maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home • Sterilize bottles, prepare formulas and change diapers for infant • Prepare infant and child for rest periods • Shop for food and household supplies • Wash, iron and press clothing and household linens • Travel with family on trips and assist with child supervision and housekeeping duties • Assume full responsibility for household in absence of parents • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties Requirements: -Education: Completion of secondary school -Experience: At least a year of full-time experience as a caregiver is required Salary: $11.00 to $13.00 hourly, 40 Hours per week Benefits: bus passes provided Important Information: - The nanny will be responsible for the care of an infant and a 2 year-old child that will turn to 3 years in November 2015 - Flexibility on schedule is required.
