Job Description Child caregiver - private home Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time, Day Salary: $11 Hourly, for 40.00 Hours per week Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible Location: intersection of W King Edward & Oak, Vancouver Skill Requirements: Education: Completion of high school Credentials: Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Certificate Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years Languages: English Children\'s Ages: 8 months Work Setting: Employer\'s home Specific Skills: To feed infant, change diapers, to organize, activities such as games and outings for children, to prepare craft materials and assist children to use them, Instruct children in personal hygiene and social development, to prepare and serve nutritious meals, Shop for food and household supplies, wash, iron and press clothing and household linens, to perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, Assume full responsibility for household in absence of parents, to maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home, to tend to emotional wellbeing of children, to discipline children according to the methods requested by the parents.
