I am a 25 year old woman with years of experience caring for children ages 6 months to 11 years old. I am a very active person who loves entertaining. On my free time you can find me completing my daily workout at Goodlife or rollerblading throughout the city. I have recently completed my education at Algonquin College where I received a diploma in Fitness and Health Promotions. Through this program I am more confident in many aspects of life such as nutrition, physical activity and physiology of the human body.
