Who I Am: hello! My name is Tiffany and I am a child and youth care practitioner graduate from George Brown College. Experience: I am currently an after school program Lead, and I have been working in this position for five years. During this time I have ensured the emotional and physical safety of the children (up to 25 at a time), created fun programing and games, and helped students with any arising issues, whether academic or emotional. Qualifications: CYC graduate First aid/cpr trained Safe talk trained UMAB (understanding and managing aggressive behaviour) Service Abilities: I have experience working with children from ages 1-12. Due to working in large groups, I am comfortable with multiple children. I take the initiative to do light housework such as laundry, tiding up, sweeping etc. I am able to facilitate educational activities.
