Hello, my name is Alex and I am an enthusiastic, reliable, and fun loving with a passion for early childhood education. Committed to creating an environment that inspires children and fosters a love of learning. I was born in Canada but my background is Portuguese, speak very little of it however. I attended Sheridan College- Trafalgar Campus and have completed my Major in Early Childhood Education. I have an arrange of hobbies/ interests. I love to read, read all sorts of different books. I also adore cooking and baking- an attribute I obtain from my mother. Music fuels my soul. I love listening and having music played around me constantly. I bring charisma and hard working skills into any job i've ever had. Initiative is important. But most importantly- I am extremely reliable. Children are adorable and very influential, they just bring the best out of me. 5 years in childcare, arranging from ages infant-school age. Also, for about a year and a half, my niece and sister-in-law lived with us while I was in high-school and there were many days and nights where I took over and assisted in the care because I wanted to!
