Hi there, I am a Certified Postpartum Doula looking for new families to support. My role varies greatly from the early days coming home from hospital to many months postpartum. A Doula helps the family with adjusting to life with a new baby, wether it's your first or fifth, a helping hand is always appreciated. From new born care, breastfeeding support, helping siblings adjust, assisting with meal prep, light housework or caring for baby while mom gets a nap or shower, just to name a few. In addition to being a Doula, I have many years experience with children. From babysitting as a teen right up to the past few years, and raising a family of my own as well.
