Nanny Job in Aurora, Ontario

We are a fun-loving family with 2 kind, well-mannered children needing a nanny for before and after school care, on a daily basis as well as some support occasionally on weekends. We need a nanny to arrive at our home by 7:00 a.m. until 5 p.m. and we are offering a flexible work schedule that does not always need to adhere to a Monday to Friday schedule. We need care for our children and elderly father (aged 77 years) by preparing their breakfast and supporting them in getting ready for school. During the day, our father requires support with daily errands, cleaning and personal care. He will provide his own car for use to bring him to appointments/ local senior programs. We also need care most afternoons to pick up the children from school at 3:30 p.m. ( a 5 min. walk from our home) and bring them back home where they can eat a healthy snack, start their homework and let them play until we get home from work. We need you to start work on a daily basis starting in the first week of September until the last week of June/July, each year (we will begin paying you if you would like to start trial babysitting for us in late July/August). If you become our nanny and are a great fit, we would be interested in having you work with us and join our family for a minimum of one year to a maximum of three years. Our oldest daughter is 8 years old (entering Grade 3 in September) and is very responsible as she gets ready, brushes her teeth, eats, does homework all independently. Our six year-old son (entering grade 1 in September) is also responsible although he needs some help to get ready and complete homework. Both children have been in a larger daycare program for 3 years and are used to interacting with numerous adults and children and are very well-behaved. We are hoping your caring, responsible, intuitive support will be a natural fit for our amazing family and you can help us to grow and learn!
