Hello, my name is Shannon. I have babysat children ages ranging 9 months to 12 years old. I am very patient, attentive, compassionate and creative. I love taking care of children, playing with them while teaching them things, (colors, shapes, numbers). In situations where discipline is necessary, remaining calm and explaining to the child in a simple yet clear way what was done wrong, what could've been done differently and then when needed a "time-out". For a few months I was a nanny for an authistic boy. This experience taught me more unconditional love than I could ever imagine as well as to observe and listen to the child, to be 100% attentive in order to completely understand their ways therefore being able to bring the best care needed. I enjoy bringing the kids out to the park/yard to play as well indoor activities and crafts. I am ponctual, reliable, hard-working and considerate.
