Nanny Job in Newmarket, Ontario

For Liu Family. Location: Markham in GTA. Major Mackenzie and Warden. Close to public transit. Work in Employer's home. Optional accommodation available at no charge on a live-in basis. Note: This is not a condition of employment. 3 children ages 4, 7 and 9. Split shifts M-F. 6:30 am until 09:30 am to pack lunch, make breakfast, help kids get ready for school and take them to the bus stop, tidy up the house. Then from 3:30pm till 8-8:30 pm to pick up from bus stop, cook dinner, help with homework, laundry, house cleaning. Job Duties: Bathe, dress and feed infants and children, Discipline children according to the methods requested by the parents, Keep records of daily activities and health information regarding children, Instruct children in personal hygiene and social development, Organize, activities such as games and outings for children, Prepare and serve nutritious meals, Supervise and care for children, Tend to emotional well-being of children, Take children to and from school and to appointments, Maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home, Prepare infants and children for rest periods. Additional Skills: Assume full responsibility for household in absence of parents, Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties. Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Work under pressure Transportation/Travel Information: Public transportation is available, Weight Handling Up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs) Total 40-44 hours per week. $11.25 per hour. Minimum 1 year child care experience required.
