Personal Profile: Hey my name is Bailee. I am interviewing for a nanny job opportunity in Winnipeg, Manitoba. I will work part or full-time as required. I am a very outgoing person and I love working with kids. I enjoy coming up with fun and exciting things to do with the kids and hope to have kids of my own some day. I am very good with children and have always had little cousins, neighbors, etc to look after while I was growing up. I have been babysitting children of all ages including infants, toddlers and youth, since 2004. I have been responsible for changing diapers, putting children to bed, feeding, dressing, bathing, helping with homework etc. I understand that children learn through play, and I enjoy making up new games or crafts to do with the kids. Outside play is also an important role in childhood development. I have worked for the YMCA- YWCA and have also done plenty of volunteer work with kids.
