Hello there! My name is Nicole Milne and I am a 2017 graduate from the University of Guelph's Child, Youth and Family studies program. I spent my time learning about children and family dynamics while working firsthand in various school and daycare based placements. I graduated from the Toronto Montessori Institute with my Montessori Teaching Degree in 2019 and am currently in my second year teaching full time at Toronto Montessori School in Richmond Hill. I am looking for something part time/occasional or full time during the summer months. As I have my teaching degree and experience in a classroom, I can continue to help tutor your children over the summer months if required. I have lots of experience working with a variety of aged children. I was an AuPair in Sydney, Australia for a family with 2 boys, 3 and 5. I transported them to and from their daycare centre, entertained them during the day, cooked and cleaned, amongst many other daily duties. I have worked for a variety of summer camps over the years, working with children of all ages and abilities. I have my bronze star and bronze medallion so I am very comfortable in and around water as well as I have my Child and Infant CPR & First Aid training. I am a very outgoing, positive and adventurous person who loves to be outside. I am well equipped to handle light housework, meal preparation, errands, and chores. I am a fully licensed driver with a perfect driving record and my own vehicle for transportation if needed.
