Nanny in Calgary, Alberta

I am a friendly, understanding and caring student starting at MRU in the fall and looking for childcare opportunities until then. I love working with kids and sharing my joy and creativity. I love crafting, painting and reading as well as hiking and exploring the outdoors. I value peaceful relationships, freedom within boundaries, and creating an environment of mutual respect. I have been working as a youth group leader since September 2022. Before that, I worked as a Sunday school leader and organizer from January 2019 to June 2022 where I planned and led Bible study, crafts, and activities for children ages 4-7. I strive to foster a loving and safe environment for children to learn and express themselves. I have also been regular babysitter and nanny for two children since September 2019, facilitating crafts, playing, and reading stories. The youngest child was 2 years old when I began and the oldest is now 10. I am CPR certified, offer flexible hours, and am fully vaccinated against COVID-19. Very comfortable with public transit and walking with kids. I can also do some meal prep and light house cleaning.
