Nanny in Calgary, Alberta

Sorry, I have secured a part time nanny & housekeeping role and will not be available until further notice. ************************************************************************************* I am a critical thinker with patience, understanding & great insight. As well, I am very organized & efficient. I consider myself a very maternal & caring person but am also firm with regards to managing the boundary expectations set up by the parent(s). My maturity, dependability and life experience will be my greatest asset for any family. I was an EMT with an ambulance service for 4 years; a volunteer for 4 years in Emergency & Trauma as well as in the NICU (Special Services Unit) at the Foothills Hospital. I have volunteered for the Humane Society; FCSS Family Friend Program; Victim Services Unit with the RCMP Detachment to name a few. Last year I resigned from my full time employment to provide end of life care for my mother who passed away in early May of this year. My career interests have since changed and my key focus is family and to assist others in providing quality of care for their children. My availability is flexible although I only wish to work part time (2-3 days per week). I raised my 3 children who are now grown and on their own. During that time I ran a day home part time for children ages infant to 10 years and most recent I had the privilege of looking after my niece part time from (infant to 4 years).
