I am Amanda, a live-out nanny in Fort Qu'Appelle, Saskatchewan. I am passionate about taking care of infants and children of all ages, and I have 20 years of experience with childcare. I specialize in caring for newborns up to primary school age children and I am available for part-time and summer-only positions. I am certified in CPR, OFA level 2, Oxygen Therapy and I am also happy to help out with housekeeping, meal preparation, and pet care. I have a daughter who passed away at the beginning of 2017, age 2 1/2 years old, from a rare metabolic disorder. I have personal experience with seizures, g-tube feeding, administering medication, and whats its like to experience having a child pass. I am connected to many other bereaved parents. I grew up babysitting, and have done 3 live in nanny positions. I was a day home assistant. I am a step mom to a 7 and 8 year old. And transferring my Early Childhood Education from Vancouver Career College to Regina SK. I am a reliable, compassionate, and detail-oriented nanny with a great attitude.
