Laura has lived with us and cared for our almost 3 year old daughter for more than 1.5 years as an au pair. The most important thing to us is that she's absolutely incredible with children. When she's working, she's giving all of her attention to our child. She thinks of creative activities and spends a lot of time outside (which are our priorities for our daughter that she helps us achieve). She helps us with Stella's meals, laundry, and keeping her toys picked up. She is so calm, patient, and loving with our daughter -- and we feel VERY lucky to have her. Outside of childcare, she has been very low key and easy to live with. She keeps her room clean and is respectful of our things, always cleaning up after herself. I'm happy to speak to anyone considering her for a position.
