Hi Parents! My name is Tess and I am a 25 year old elementary school teacher looking for a family to offer my support and love. I have extensive childcare and education experience including working as an Early Childhood Education teacher as well as a helping hand/nanny for a busy family. I also served as lead teacher in a Kindergarten classroom. Thus, I am very flexible and can tailor my skills to best suit your needs, whether it be assistance with daily household tasks, childcare, tutoring or a little bit of everything. I am energetic and easy going with a passion and love for teaching and caring for children. I recently graduated from the Masters of Education Programme at the University of Toronto and have experience teaching Kindergarten through Grade Six. Prior to this I completed a Bachelor of Sciences Degree majoring in Child, Youth and Family Studies, as well as earning my Early Childhood Education Certificate. While completing my Masters Degree I worked as an Early Childhood Educator, gaining invaluable experience working with children 12 months to 6 years of age. My experience with a diverse group of children and families has helped me develop into an open-minded and flexible worker enabling me to meet a wide variety of needs.
