Nanny in St. John's, Newfoundland and Labrador

Hello! My name is Kate: I’m a theatre freelancer, and long-time nanny/babysitter, interested in a childcare position in St. John's, NL. With a masters degree in history, and extensive stage work, I aim to foster a creative, educational, and emotionally developmental environment for the individuals in my care. I love to do crafts, play games, read, and explore the amazing city - and world - we all live in! I have non-bilingual French, but can (hopefully!) keep up with early French speakers. I have experience with children of all ages, and have worked as an overnight nanny in the past, which I am willing to discuss if needed. I would prefer a fulltime position for the summer, but am open to the hours you may need. I also have extensive experience with animals, and am more than happy to have an extra friend. I do not have access to a vehicle, but do have a valid G license (with over ten years experience driving throughout Canada). Further, I am very comfortable commuting with children on the TTC, by walking, or on bicycle. As the daughter of a nurse, my proactive first aid and emergency response skills are high.
