Nanny in Chelsea, Quebec

Hi my name is Ivory:) I am looking for a a family to help part-time starting beginning of April.... I currently nanny for an amazing Chelsea family and care for their beautiful 2yr old who will be starting Montessori School April 1st. I have been with her for a year and have previous experience working as nanny, in a daycare, lifeguard setting. I love being outdoors and enjoy finding engaging activities for kids. Some of our current favourites are (finger painting, sand/rice bin, swimming, play dough, and tea party). We love biking to the splash pad, pool, garden, or park during the summer and sledding and going for adventure walks in the winter. Some values/things that are important to me are: presence/patience/exploration/freedom. I love being silly and playful with children. I have a lot of love to give and would consider myself very nurturing, caring, and sensitive. I am 29 years old and run a small yoga business on the side. I don’t speak French though would love to learn along with your kids. I am looking for a longer term fit with part-time hours and flexibility. I am open to a nanny share and up to 3 kids max (though 1-2 would be ideal). I currently work 8:30-1pm Monday through Friday. And would like to continue around 18-23hours a week. I am ideally looking for morning hours and to be finished no later than 1:30pm. Ideally I'd love to work with 1-2 year old; but, I am flexible and have worked with all ages. I charge $25-$27 an hour. I cannot for sure commit to a longer term, but would be willing to if it’s the right fit on both ends. I’ve found in past a trail period is important to makes sure both parties are happy and have similar parenting styles.
