My name is Olena, I am from Kiev Ukraine. I have daughter 22 years. I am experienced nanny and have more than 12 years of work experience. I worked long terms and been working with three families over this period. All of them are in Ukraine with children ages from 2 month to 6 years. I do have recommendations from them. I do love children and I became friend for them. I don’t like to tell too much about myself and I consider that the best way to know person is to try her and to see person at work. For me it’s not hard to find understanding with children and became friend with them. But also I am open for parents and I am always trying to understand they direction and the way how they want to raise they child. And this understanding is very important for me. I did study different child development methods but I am not a follower of any specific one. I am trying to keep and instill love to sport starting with simple games.
