Recommendations

Dr. Randi R

I’ve gotten to know Jacqui quite well over the past 2 years in her work as a Gynecological Teaching Associate (GTA) for the Sensitive Exam Teaching Associate Program with the University of Saskatchewan’s College of Medicine. Jacqui had to undergo intensive training to fulfill this role, including educational sessions surrounding clinical terminology, anatomy and communication skills. In the group training sessions she was personable, forthright and showed openness and self-awareness. She studied independently to master the information and attended extra training sessions to ensure that her skills were honed. In the clinical teaching sessions with the medical students, she is an engaging, professional and effective educator. I have received nothing but positive feedback regarding her teaching abilities. Jacqui has excelled greatly in her role as a GTA and is a huge asset to the program. She comes to the teaching sessions early and is always well prepared. She communicates openly and effectively with her colleagues and the students. Jacqui is one of our most reliable clinical teachers and is very committed, taking her responsibilities as an educator extremely seriously. Jacqui is genuine, warm, smart and kind. I have no doubt that she would be a fantastic care giver.
