Liliya has worked as my daughter’s Olivia babysitter since the baby was 3 months old (from June 2016-until December 2016). My daughter was born prematurely and had certain health issues, so Liliia had to be trained about child’s routines and specific needs. She was a quick learner and proved to be a dedicated and dependable individual as well as patient and very kind to our child. In a short period of time I had a confidence in her judgement and honesty and always felt relaxed after leaving Olivia in her care. Liliia knows childcare very well, she always remained content and calm in difficult situations (for example, with feeding) and I have never had any concerns about her work. Olivia remained healthy and happy in her care. Babysitter like her was hard to replace and the only reason she stopped taking care of our child is because she had to go back to Ukraine.
