Nanny in Victoria, British Columbia

My name is Rebecca and I am interested in gaining new experiences working with children and guiding them in their learning and exploration of life and growth. I am a certified Primary, Junior and Intermediate school teacher and am looking for more experience working with different types of children and families as a tutor or for occasional childcare. I am currently a part/full time program coordinator and facilitator for a charity organization, Story Studio. I have previously been a part time nanny for three different families in varying capacities. I completed my primary/junior/intermediate teaching degree in 2012 and worked as a grade 4-6 contract teacher for the SCDSB in Ontario. I have been caring for children since I was 14 years old be it as a babysitter, nanny, aunt, tutor, teacher, daycare/before and after care worker, camp counselor, etc. I have a passion for exploratory learning, the outdoors, and crafting.
