Hello my name is Chelsea. I am from Barbados, a beautiful island in the Caribbean. I am a very polite, trust worthy and hardworking person. I am currently doing a Nursing Auxiliary course at the Career Development Institute in my country which is expected to finish in November 2021. I would like to further my nursing career in Canada and would like to work in order to complete this goal. I have worked as a Quality Assurance Specialist for the pass 6 years at a call center where I acquired useful skills like time management, multitasking, attention to detail, detecting and resolving problems as well as the ability to work as part of a team. I have had a part time job as an on and off babysitter for different families in my neighborhood, for years, taking care of at least 7 children. One or two of the children have been a handful at times but God has blessed me with good interpersonal skills as well as patience and understanding which has always gotten the job done. I am the proud owner of three kittens; Shadow, Troubles and Snuggles and their dad, Pablo. I will be willing to pet sit animals in the household along with laundry and light housework, preparing meals and snacks, helping with homework, bathing and dressing young children and getting them ready for bed on time. I am trained in CPR and first aid. I do not have a drivers license as yet but I do plan on applying for one very soon.
