Nancy Del Rosario is the best nanny we have ever had. She is hard working and always thinks ahead, anticipating what the children need and knowing how to manage her time well. Nancy is a loving and conscientious caregiver, and very trustworthy. She is reliable and arrives to work on time. She is a great housekeeper and an excellent cook. I would highly recommend her as a nanny.

To Whom It May Concern: Nancy worked as a nanny for our daughter from September 2012 – September 2016. Had we not moved to the suburbs, making Nancy’ commute untenable, we’d still have Nancy with us today. Nancy effectively became a part of our family, providing love, caring and security for our daughter while my wife and I were at work. On top of her primary focus of looking after our daughter, Nancy also helped with laundry, house cleaning, and she also cooked the occasional delicious dinner for our family. Nancy ensured that our daughter stayed stimulated as a baby and active as a toddler, limiting TV time, and ensuring that, rain or shine, she always had plenty of time outdoors.
