Nanny in Calgary, Alberta

Looking for part time or occasional babysitting opportunities. My availability is Monday-Friday all day. I am open to working weekends and picking up occasional baby sitting jobs too! Gday mate! I'm Ty from Australia and I am a mature, dependable and high-energy nanny with a passion for childcare excellence. I am currently studying Psychology and looking to save while I am here. I have a deep love for children and find it immensely rewarding seeing them flourish in all areas of life. My past experience in baby sitting and nannying has helped me recognise that each child is different and each individual needs differ so I am happy to tailor my nannying so your child thrives in a positive environment, whether they need a little extra support or TLC when you leave for work. I had previous employment as a full time nanny but was laid off due to employer no longer needing a nanny. I have helped out family members and family friends since I was 15 with infants, toddlers, and preteens. My high school also offered a program which allowed us to assist teachers in the classroom of primary school aged children, helping them with their course work and developing meaningful relationships with the children while they learn. I am happy to help with play date supervision, teaching manners, and pet care. Additionally, I have my own vehicle and am happy to help with school pick up/drop offs, healthy meal planning and preparation, light household work. I am very trustworthy and reliable, as well enhanced organisational and time management skills, something I believe is very important in this area of work. I am really thorough when I follow instructions and I have no issues with additional tasks like running errands with the children, planning outings and educational activities.
