I am an R.H.N Holistic Nutritionist specializes in pre/post conception as well as paediatrics. I am very passionate about children and the healthy lifestyle we create for them. I believe in setting the best possible example at the earliest age to help prevent our next generation from any health and lifestyle issues that unfortunately some of us are faced with. No matter what age or what our family life or health looks like we are all capable of living our best quality of life and learn how to thrive and excel at everything we do. I love to be outdoors and create fun and new activities for outside and inside on the days when the weather isn\'t very nice to us! I supported children with getting them ready to and from school( ages 4, 8 and 12), prepared all meals, cleaned/tidied the house, created summer activities for the children, helped them with any school homework.
