I know her for several years and she has been working for our summer camp for several years. She is an amazing staff member and a wonderful woman. Her work ethic is impressive. She’s also very smart and it’s very good at handling any situation that could face her. She is very nice, calm, and flexible, and it’s ready to take any task that she’s asked to and she will for sure perform it with a lot of dedication and success. I highly recommend Renata to work as a babysitter. She has wide experience dealing with kids of different ages. She is very trustworthy and reliable. The children’s safety is her first priority. She is very good at relating with kids and connects with them quickly because of her kind and open personality. She is very good at taking care of children and making sure they do and have everything that they need. Throughout the years she has been working at camp she has shown a lot of maturity and integrity. We could not be happier with her work with the children and also in a personal level as a staff member. Anyone who gets to work with Renata will definitely be happy.
