I am a loving and caring person who enjoys children. I believe in a democratic way of discipline. I have a background in child development that helps me to be more sensitive to children, patient, a good motivator and a child at heart. To be an effective caregiver, I know I have to be a grown up, and feel mature enough to take responsibility for someone else apart from myself. I believe through my experience, knowledge and trainings combined with hard work, patience and a good heart, I am an effective caregiver. I worked as a nanny to a little boy who was nearly 1 year old when I started and just over 3 when I left. I spearheaded toilet training, number, alphabet learning and numerous activities to Him. I took Him outside everyday, to the park, sport ball, kid's club, arty time, floor hockey and strong start. I am diligently attentive with His well-being and safety. I took care of His breakfast, lunch and most of the time his dinner. I also attended to some housekeeping, laundry, and basic cooking for the family.
