I highly recommend Mallory for a nanny, or educator position. I have plenty of experience working along side Mallory in childcare, and she is an excellent educator. She is warm and loving, has age and developmentally appropriate expectations of the children’s skills and behaviours, and responds consistently, positively, respectfully and with a sense of humour. Her preplanned activities are creative, educational and fun! She is also very flexible and goes with the flow, allowing the children to guide their experience. Mallory cares for each child in her care as if they were her own.
