Nanny in St. Albert, Alberta

I am a Probationary Contract Teacher seeking summer employement. I am currently working at Louis St. Laurent High School where I have been teaching Art 10, 20, 30, Portfolio 35, Foods 10, and Biology 20. I just recently secured a summer position teaching CALM for the School of Alternative Education at Holy Trinity High School. This will be my second year teaching Summer School. I graduated with distinction from the University of Alberta last winter, 2015. I Majored in Biological Sciences and Minored in Art. After finishing my AFX in April, I was offered a Temporary position at Holy Trinity finish the 2014-201... School Year. While at Trinity I taught Biology 20, Biology 30, Biology 30IB, Chemistry 20, Art 10, and Art 20. Prior to attending the University of Alberta, I lived in Florida where I graduated High School in 2010 from IMG Sports Academy. The following year I attended the State College of Florida where I was working towards my Associate of Arts degree. I later transferred to the University of Alberta in 2012. I am committed to the teaching profession. I love what I do and I could not imagine a more rewarding vocation. I am a life-long learner, able to experience change, emote enthusiasm, and instill creativity on a daily basis. I integrate a variety of assessment techniques, learning strategies, and theories to foster the 21st century learner. I enjoy collaborating and learning from others, I am reflective, eager to build on my experiences in order to create meaningful changes and opportunities for my students. Teaching has been a life-changing experience; I am proud and honored to go into work everyday and I hope to continue this practice for many years to come.
