Nanny in Blackfalds, Alberta

Hi there! I am a stay at home mom to seven year old boy/girl twins. We are an active family who get out to community events and parks daily...yes, daily! :0) Now that my twins are both in school, I am looking forward to spending time with more children. My short term goal is to become a nanny for a family...where I can feel like I\'m contributing to both the children\'s lives, but also the parent\'s lives. My long term plan is to complete the Education Assistant Certificate, online. Upon completion, I hope to secure an Education Assistant position at my children\'s school...where I can create positive relationships with their teachers, fellow students and other school staff. I am a proud mom to seven year old boy/girl twins. I used to run an agency approved day home. The children I cared for ranged from infants to school aged children. I have earned my Early Learning in Child Care Level One. I am beginning the online Education Assistant certificate course, through RDC, beginning in September 2013. I completed the Hanen Program (for delayed speakers) for my son and have utilized that for other people's children. I also took many in-house training sessions when I was an approved day home provider, though the agency.
