Nanny in Edmonton, Alberta

My name is Lacra and I am seeking employment in the nanny/babysitter industry. I am 29 and live on the west end and have my level one childcare assistant certificate a criminal record check, a children Intervention check and my first aid including level c first air. I am highly skilled and I believe that I have lots to offer and lots of experience. I believe I can provide a safe and stimulating environment for your children. I am extremely outgoing and loving with kids, I pride myself on being constructive and having a open mind. I Can do Crafts, sports, games, cook, laundry, clean walk the dog etc. I like to focus on gross motor skills for new borns/toddlers. With older children I like to go out of my way and work on things like reading, patterns, manners, understanding feelings, eg : why am I upset, really taking the time to focus of emotional wellbeing, supervision and getting down to their level and providing the care they need. I also enjoy focusing on sensory play eg. Sand/water play. I can feed and change baby's as well my experience ranges from preschool, toddlers and out of school care so ages. I come from a large family and honestly enjoy working with larger families, it keeps me on my toes and busy. Some of my work experience with children comes from working overseas in Romania and south Africa. I was teaching crafts and helping with school, teaching basic skills like manners, tieing shoes, helping children learn teamwork, cooking skills and other life skills. I also have experience working with children who have behavioural issues and struggle with speech, or ADHD or other similar issues. I am available Monday thru Fri I'd prefer live out. I am wanting a position westside but am open to other areas I do NOT drive so I uber or take the lrt/bus
