Hi, my name is Kristi Rolfe. I am a recent graduate from the Educational Assistant - Special Needs Support Program at Niagara College. I have a strong passion for promoting the education of all children. I am a dedicated, loyal employee. I have many years experience working with children ranging from babysitting, teaching dance, coaching soccer and within a classroom setting. While completing the Educational Assistant - Special Needs Supports program at Niagara College I took part in 3 placement periods, where I was placed in a school setting working with children in jk/sk and grade two. At this time I worked one on one with multiple students who required assistance completing their school work. I employed different strategies to connect with the children and encourage them to focus on their work at hand.
