I believe in rearing children in a democratic way, with balance of freedom and limitations and discipline. I am a positive disciplinarian, a motivator and encourage children to develop not only their physical and mental skills but also their emotional quotient. I am a warm and loving, patient and young at heart. For me, shouting and spanking should not be a priority in disciplining. We should listen to the views of children and make their environment stress free, safe and with a loving atmosphere.
