Hello there, my name is Chelsea. I love taking care of children and being around them as I'm still young at heart when it counts. I've babysat and volunteered my time with children on both sides of the spectrum for the past decade since I was a teenager. As a child I was always in daycares/babysitting and I have always wanted to be that person for another kid. I'm very capable of dealing with children. I encourage and foster a positively respectful environment when I first meet the children and it sets up wonderful groundwork. Tantrums or meltdowns are something I have no problem redirecting and guiding kids through. I really enjoy working with the family and am capable of communicating any hiccups that may arise. I'm comfortable with toddlers to teenagers. I have my own vehicle and my schedule is open. I am looking for less than 20 hrs every two weeks.
