Hello there! My name is Bethany, I am a recent graduate of Saint Francis Xavier University. I have a degree in English, Anthropology and Psychology. I have a keen interest in speech and brain development in children, and have been taught how to facilitate that through activities such as reading and fitness. I do live on my own in Halifax, while I am only looking for part time if the opportunity for full time with the right family came along I would consider it. I have number of years of volunteer work with children from Girl guides of Canada and Autism Nova Scotia; where I planned and facilitated activities with other leaders or staff to encourage personal growth, self expression and identity. Effectively coordinated Girl Guide meetings for the successful facilitation of personal and intellectual growth of young women (Ages 9-12). Consistent record of counseling young women in their personal concerns about home or school and/or their journey to finding their identity (ages 6-12).
