Although I do not have much nanny experience, I grew up with many young children within my extended family and have had the opportunity to care for them. Majority of my experience comes from caring for two of my cousins ages 4 and 10 months. My one older sister has been a nanny for 4 years and I have been provided with the opportunity to go with her and experience a few days in the life of nanny. Going with her allowed me to see the responsibilities that are required and how important it is to create a fun and loving environment. I intend to provide care for the children by meeting their daily needs and being a positive role model in their lives. I believe that it is important for the children to be learning each and every day and I am prepared to provide them with activities and opportunities that are going to allow them to do so. I am passionate about making a difference within the lives of children and believe that not only can they learn from me, but I can also learn from them.
