Good day! My name is VAYRE GILLE S. JAKOSALEM, Male, 30 years of age and currently living in the Philippines. I Graduated with a degree in Bachelor of Science in Nursing. A Registered Nurse by Profession. For 2 years of experience as a Private Duty Nurse and Caregiver to Local Senior Citizens with Co-Morbidities and Stroke patients in a hospital and home setting. ( I can Provide sample photos as my documentation).I can provide Certificates as well. I also Loves to care children with different ages. I have become an expert with my daily plan of activities to my clients such as providing Meals, Educational teachings, Playing, Pet grooming, giving Medications, Bed Bath And other hygienic needs , Exercises with limitations for seniors, Establishing rapport for children and doing medical-nursing procedures such as Vital Signs monitoring, HGT monitoring for sugar, NGT feeding, CPR and more. Thus, I can easily get along with the family and children from toddler to preschool as well. Currently, I’m working in Government Hospital as a Pharmacy Aide Staff for 2 years and more already. My training in providing care to Senior Citizens and Children started in my College Life as a Nursing Student. I have an extensive trainings at home since my parents are already in their Senior years and I also have nephew's whom I took care since they're born. From preparing meals, helping them with their daily routines, performing house cleaning tasks, and accompanying to various activities. Furthermore, as a Health care provider and as a Frontliner, I genuinely enjoy being with my clients and patients .
