Nanny in Morinville, Alberta

My name is Shannon, I am 31 years.old. I have many years experience looking after children. I was 10 when my first brother was born, I helped my mom out lots when they were young. I babysat a blind child 3 summers in a row in highschool while his mom worked. I babysat 2 1 year olds along side with my own 1 year old for about 10 months, it was like having triplets ha.. all of my friends have had babies to which I helped with, as well as I have two children of my own who are 5 and 8 boys. I took child and youth care work in college. I have worked in group homes, daycares, classrooms and a hospital setting. I was a preschool room supervisor and a house supervisor in a boys youth treatment facility. I currently am a girl guide leader and have a lot of fun doing it. I have experience wirh many different ages, cultural backgrounds, mental and physical needs. I have my own vehicle as well as use of a back up one incase anything were to happen.   I do have first aid and cpr level c which expires June 2019. I have cpi training that expires in December of this year. My availibitly is pretty open to what a client may be requiring. I am okay with pets of all kinds. I'm a bit of a scardy cat when it comes to birds, but as long as they are in cages I am okay. I am awaiting my child intervention check but I do have my criminal check with the vulnerable sector done. I do have references available if you would like.
