Nanny in Halifax, Nova Scotia

Hello! I'm Hind (the i is pronounced like it is in the word "in")! Here's a couple things to know about me. I'm originally from Algeria (northern Africa) and have lived all over the world in Europe and Asia (Azerbaijan, Scotland, Oman, India...etc). I have always been in American International Schools so I am fluent in English as well as French. I'm currently a third year Mechanical Engineering student at Dalhousie University. School can get busy at times so I am only able to commit to a maximum of 8-10 hours a week. I really enjoy the company of kids and have always enjoyed working with them. I used to be a swim instructor for children from ages 3-15 so I am able to be creative in finding different ways to teach them as well as entertain them and keep them active. I also volunteer at the Discovery Center where I play with children of all different ages and teach them different things about science with different activities. I am flexible with helping around the house, and with homework. I am organized so I clean up the house pretty well, and I am only able to work on evenings/afternoons of weekdays and weekends as my engineering schedule keeps me busy during the mornings but I do have some free time here and there, just let me know and I can work around it. Also do not have a vehicle so preferably no locations that are too far from Halifax area. I am very friendly and social, and have always had good responses with children. They like to have me around!
