Hello, Families! My name is Gerfelyn. I am a very dependable, trustworthy, patient and caring person. I have been caring for elders and seniors for 1 year and 6 months in the nursing home I work with in Brisbane, Australia. I love to cook and do not have any problems doing some light housekeeping (doing dishes, cleaning the house, occasional children’s laundry, etc.). I get great satisfaction out of helping others. I like to think of myself as not only as a senior caregiver, but also an senior companion. I enjoy meeting new people and learning new things. I believe that our seniors are a glimpse into our past and should be respected and celebrated. I have also a natural way with children and they always enjoy me as much as I enjoy them. I have also been a housekeeper for several families who have loved my work (some still ask if I'll come back). The homes I keep are always spotless and organized. I am VERY good at keeping things organized and tidy as well as CLEAN!
