Looking for someone experienced, mature, and trustworthy with your kids? I have years of experience babysitting kids of all ages. I have my CPR certification and references. I’m currently available part time, from 8am-3pm daily with flexibility based on your needs. More importantly, I am engaged, ensuring your kids get the positive attention they crave, while helping develop cognitive skills with crafts, creative games, and lots of outdoor time. I believe children should get as much fresh air as possible! I love kids and naturally bond with them. I currently live in Calgary with a friend and her two young children who I help support as she works but have open and flexible hours. I am experienced with kids under 1, diapering, nap scheduling, choking prevention etc. Experience with those tricky toddler years, diffusing their frustrations with redirection and lots of direct communication to build confidence. I love designing activities for older kids, and am happy to take kids of all ages out for activities like swimming, gymnastics, yoga, petting zoos, etc. provided with appropriate transportation as I have my Class 2 license. I respect and honour parent's wishes, follow detailed instruction and ensure that I am only offering an extension of the parent's supervision. As well I will always ensure that play spaces are organized after use, dishes are tidied that are used for cooking and the children, and that you never return to a mess because of the kids and our time together. I love to send updates and photos and am happy to offer this to you as I watch your special little ones. I understand how much anxiety that can be created from leaving your kids with someone new, or with anyone at all. I always want to ensure I've gone above and beyond to settle your anxieties, and show you that your children are well cared for and protected, as they would be in your care.
