Hey there, potential families! My name is Sydney. I am a 4th year Biomedical Science student at the University of Waterloo. I'm home for the summer and looking for opportunities to care for a house and a family while hopefully making the summer months easier for hard working parents. I have experience in childcare, am certified in CPR and first aid, and have taken many classes relating to childcare development, communication (ASL 101), and have a passion for providing an inclusive environment for everyone. My previous work experience includes coaching, working in healthcare settings, and working at an adaptive farm centered around providing outdoor experiences that are accessible to people of any age and ability. I find the best way to get to know someone can be through meeting them, but since thats not always possible right away, please feel free to reach out and get to know me through conversation or social media. Being a varsity athlete I am all about healthy living. I love to be active whether it is going for walks as study breaks, or getting off of screens and interacting with friends and family, the outdoors, and my dog. I'm here to offer my live-out nanny services on a summer-only basis. Whether it's engaging in fun activities, providing gentle housekeeping, preparing nutritious meals, or even taking care of your furry friends, I'm dedicated to meeting your family's needs. My hourly rate of $20.0 but I am open to discussing further given what fits the position best.
