I have cared for children for most of my life, as I have a younger sister. I took care of her after school and on the weekends since she was 4 years old. I have babysat for roughly 6 years and I am comfortable with children of all ages. I am a huge animal lover! I have had many pets growing up and am okay being around any type of animal. I babysat for a family that had 2 cats and 2 huskies as well as two children aged 4 and 6 for two and a half years. I do not mind taking care of your pets (daily walks, feeding, etc.). I have my own car so appointments, grocery shopping, school drop off/pick up, etc, is available to you if needed. I am very outgoing and would say I have a bubbly personality that kids love! I am very understanding with children and respect the way you parent your children. I am quick to adapt to routines and fast on my feet, busy schedules do not intimidate me so no job is too big or too small! I am here to help you and your family (: I am a lover of nature and animals and enjoy spending as much time outside as possible. I am very open minded and believe there is a lesson to be learned through everything in life. I enjoy yoga, pilates, weight lifting, going on walks and reading in my spare time. I am a volunteer for the Canadian Red Cross and am a member of their Personal Disaster Assistance Team (PDAT) and their Emergency Response Team (ERT). I have played competitive hockey my entire life and I really enjoy sports and being active. I was raised in a very loving home, which taught me the importance of patience, kindness, and love, and has made me a very nurturing and empathetic person.
